AZZURRO PRODUCT WARRANTY

This product warranty covers all Azzurro products against breakage. Its purpose is to facilitate the replacement of any Azzurro product that is found to be defective in material and workmanship.

This product warranty extends for a period of one year from the date of sale to the original customer only.

This product warranty shall not apply to any Azzurro product against bending, chipping, distortion, improper mounting, machining, neglect, painting, plating, polishing or misuse.

In the event of failure of an Azzurro product covered by this warranty, Azzurro will replace it, when it is returned to Azzurro by the Azzurro Dealer responsible for the product(s) original sale, freight prepaid, within the warranty period, along with a copy of the original customer's sales receipt, provided Azzurro's examination discloses to its satisfaction that the product was defective in material and workmanship.

With regard to any Azzurro product returned within the applicable warranty period, replacement will be made without charge and with return freight paid by Azzurro, unless failure was caused by any of the above stated conditions, in which case a replacement product will be sold at normal cost.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness or adequacy for any particular purpose or use.

All Azzurro products are specifically made for racing purposes only. Azzurro shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential injury or damage, whether in contact, tort, personal, property or otherwise.
